Romeo Student Film Festival
Romeo Student Film Festival Winning Entrants
Three winning entrants of this year's Romeo Student Film Festival were featured at Stony Creek Metropark's "Summer Cinema Evenings" on August 19 and 20.
Produced by the Detroit Institute of Arts' Detroit Film Theatre and MiCM in collaboration with the Huron Clinton Metroparks, this first time outdoor movie event was created to expand the DFT's ability to spotlight great films in exceptional locations and to generate enthusiasm and local involvement in the film arts. Each of the student film entries spotlighted Romeo, Washington and Bruce Townships as ideal locations for the motion picture industry to shoot and produce movies.
